Our materials are based on publicly available data and third-party sources believed to be reliable at the time of writing (including Costar, municipal records, economic development reports, and similar resources). However, market conditions change rapidly, and NarrativeCRE makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.
NarrativeCRE.com does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, appraisals, valuations, underwriting analysis, legal opinions or tax guidance. Our work should not be relied upon for financial, lending, investment, or transactional decisions.
Clients are solely responsible for independently verifying all information prior to any reliance.
2. Scope of Services
All deliverables are designed to provide high-level market context, narrative insight, and directional perspective only. Services are not a substitute for brokerage, appraisal, or advisory engagements.
Unless explicitly stated, materials do not include:
- Property-level sales or lease comparables
- Pricing guidance or financial modeling
- Valuations or forecasts
- Transaction recommendations
3. Market Snapshots and Research Deliverables
Market narratives, snapshots and research summaries are intended to provide general market tone and context. Detailed property-level comparable analysis is intentionally excluded, as it requires licensed brokerage or appraisal processes with full verification and professional liability coverage.
4. Pre-Written Ghostwritten Articles
Pre-written articles and custom ghostwritten pieces are original works intended for informational, marketing, and client outreach purposes. Upon delivery and full payment, ownership of the content transfers to the purchaser for their use. These materials remain subject to the general disclaimer above and are not intended as professional advice.
NarrativeCRE retains no claim to authorship following transfer of ownership.
Revisions & Additional Work
All pre-written ghostwritten pieces include one (1) complimentary revision, such as incorporating client-provided quotes or specific data points.
Edit requests that require substantive changes to the narrative, additional research, or expanded scope will be reviewed and quoted separately at a rate of $70 per hour.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
All fees compensate for time spent on research, analysis, and writing.
All sales are final once work has commenced or materials have been delivered.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using NarrativeCRE materials, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.
